It is interesting that it is possible to read these news in a French newspaper. The Swedish newspapers talk about the Swedish bilateral meeting between Obama and Reinfeldt yesterday. Apparently Angela Merkel is only the second chancellor thus honored. Conrad Adenauer spoke before Congress in 1957.
It should be noted, I guess, that it is not Reinfeldt, as the acting President of EU, that speak.
